Other Woodworking Projects

This is one project that I am extremely proud of, the bed I designed and built
with walnut around 2003.  There's a mahogany blank chest at the foot of the
bed which I also built.

Foot stool for my daughter.  It was used extensively in the kitchen helping us cook.
It was made from three different species of wood and painted with a faux finish.

Spoke shave kit by Lee Valley.  The wood is Bois d'arc.

The doll bed I created for my daughter in the early 1990's.  It's made of Bois d'arc.
This is the first turning projects I ever did.  I branded the bottom with my initials SBK,
and for years I told my daughter that this stood for Santa B. Klaus.

Refurbished kitchen island and pull out drawers.  I rebuilt the island when the floor was
tiled.  At the same time I added pull out drawers to almost all of the base cabinets.
